Aucalia provides pre-computed statistical indicators derived from publicly available U.S. government databases, cross-referenced with equity market data. The Service is currently in a pre-launch beta phase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering for our waitlist, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you agree to provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data compilations, statistical indicators, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of Aucalia. The underlying raw government data is public domain; our proprietary value lies in the computation, cross-referencing, and presentation of that data.

The Service provides data and statistical indicators for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Aucalia does not recommend any specific securities or trading strategies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or indicators provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
